Are you open during the COVID-19 crisis?
Yes, we are business as usual while we continue to take the necessary precautions to help prevent the spread within the community we serve. Everyone’s health and safety are our number one priority.
At this time, we continue to operate with social distancing guidelines in mind hence we are currently limiting any on-site support, consultations, product sampling or demo, order pick-up, BYO garment drop-offs or general face-to-face support. We can arrange these in a case-to-case basis, and you may contact us for any arrangements.
Any minimum orders required to get a personalised garment?
No minimum orders. Order up as much as you like. With digital, direct-to-garment printing, there’s no additional fees nor charges unlike other type of printing methods that would require additional setup that means additional charges for you.
How long does it for my order to be delivered?
We have partnered with Australia Post to get your orders delivered timely and safely. We’ll try to get them delivered within 3-5 business days (best effort) for standard shipping but may take between 7-15 business day if you live outside the metropolitan areas or on circumstances beyond our control.
If you’re in a hurry, you can arrange for an express delivery by emailing us or calling us to find out these options.
Any difference between screen printing and digital printing?
Screen printing process uses stencil and several layers of ink are pushed through this to create the printed effect. The downside of screen printing are the setup costs associated as it requires some preparation before the actual print can be done.
Digital printing on the other hand offers no minimum order or additional setup costs. The inks used allows for a full-colour, vivid, vibrant prints onto most garments. The printed designs sit flat on the fabric and feels part of the fabric – making your shirts extra comfortable to wear. Our printer uses a printer technology and ink that allows you to print on 100% polyester fabric – both dark and light ones.
How should I care for my digitally printed garments?
The inks we use were made to last and were made by our partners with washability in mind. They are use are long lasting that stand up to more washes retaining its brightness even after several washes.
However, digitally printed shirts, just like any other shirts in the market, is expected to show some wear but there are ways that may extend the life of your personalised custom prints with these few simple care tips:
- Wash garments inside-out on a cold cycle (preferably hand wash)
- Gentle cycle only with mild detergents
- Do not bleach, dry clean or use fabric softeners
- Lay flat, hang dry or tumble dry on very low heat settings – this would prevent shrinkage and helps keep the prints vibrant
- When ironing, turn the garment inside-out to preserve the print
I have changed my mind, can I still make changes on my order?
Some change maybe possible such as style, size or design if we haven’t started printing the garments. We suggest that you do this as soon as possible, ideally within an hour after your order has been placed and we will let you know when the printing have started. We won’t be able to make any changes on your order soon as printing has begun.
Can you digitally print my design on the sleeves and sides of tracksuits?
Absolutely, we made sure we have the right tools to make it possible to print on sleeves and sides of any shirts and tracksuits of almost any kind.
